BETEO Press is an artist-run publishing platform presenting limited edition artworks and related texts. The Site provides information about releases, artists, and supported organizations, and allows visitors to acquire editions directly from the publisher.

The Site is intended for informational and lawful personal use only.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

images of artworks
texts, essays, and statements
graphic design
logos and marks
website layout and structure

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all works are © the respective artists and are used with permission.

You may:

view pages for personal, non-commercial use
share links to the Site

You may not:

reproduce, distribute, print for resale, or commercially use any images or texts
download artwork images for publication, NFTs, AI training datasets, or derivative works
remove watermarks or identifying information

Press and academic use of images requires written permission.

3. Acquisition of Editions

When you acquire an artwork through the Site, you are purchasing a physical limited edition object only.

You are not purchasing copyright or reproduction rights.

Ownership of the artwork does not grant the right to:

reproduce the image
license it
use it commercially
mint it as a digital token
use it in advertising or merchandise

All copyrights remain with the artist.

4. Edition Information

Each edition includes documentation describing:

edition size
materials
signature/numbering
certificate of authenticity

Minor variations may occur due to hand processes, paper characteristics, or printing methods and are considered inherent to artist editions, not defects.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change between releases. Availability is limited to the edition size. Once fully placed, an edition will be archived and no longer available.

Items are offered on a first-confirmed-purchase basis.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of:

pricing error
payment failure
suspected resale abuse
violation of these terms

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or handling requirements.

Collectors are responsible for:

providing accurate shipping information
any import duties, taxes, or customs fees

BETEO Press is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because editions are limited and documented, all sales are final except in the case of damage in transit or fulfillment error.

We do not accept returns for:

change of mind
framing preferences
minor paper variations
perceived color differences due to monitor display

8. Redistribution Commitment

A portion of proceeds from each release is directed to an external organization identified on the release page. BETEO Press administers these contributions and does not guarantee tax deductibility for collectors unless explicitly stated.

9. Subscriber Communications

By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receiving periodic emails related to releases, artists, and press activities. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell subscriber information.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

attempt to interfere with site functionality
use automated systems to scrape or harvest content
