Be Excellent to Each Other Press was born out of the desire to help artists and the causes they care about.

Founded by artist Kysa Johnson after late night conversations with similarly socially minded artist friends, she decided to create some infrastructure for artists to directly support issues that are important to them in a medium that makes contemporary art more accessible.

Each month a participating artist will create a custom print or prints with the proceeds split between the artist and a charity of their choice. Founded in Los Angeles, CA it seemed only natural to pay homage to those most righteous and most Angeleno of characters Bill and Ted. We hope to embody their mantra “Be excellent to each other, and party on.”
